The Cotswold Salt Beef Co, pop up kitchen 4–8pm
Specialising in home made salt beef, bagels and pastrami for a unique taste experience. The beef is then cooked slowly for up to seven hours before serving it fresh hot and piled high! This succulent beef is then wedged between a bagel and a delicious choice of dressings. Live piano, beers, fizz, cider and soft drinks.

Ruby's interest in Mexican food, and Holly's interest in Middle Eastern food resulted in both realising that the spices and flavours used in these two very different cuisines were actually very similar. The way certain dishes were served, the flavour combinations, and their love of spice then gave them the idea to fuse the two together to create mouth-wateringly delicious fusion feasts. Live piano, beers, fizz, cider and soft drinks.
For parties between 10-20 people, come and learn about how we brew. Each tour lasts an hour and a half. Free flowing beer and a BBQ. £20 per person. With advanced notice brew tours can be booked in for evenings and weekends. If you are locally based ask about our minibus service.
Hire the brewery for parties or work excursions. Book one of the numerous pop up kitchens we use to have a mouth-watering meal to enjoy along side our well stocked bar.
You will have full use of our wood burner heated taproom, heated mezzanine with piano, decking with stunning Cotswold views and your own office space.
