All orders placed through Clavell & Hind are strictly collection only.

We do not currently offer local delivery, national delivery, or shipping services.

Order Collection

Customers will be notified when orders are ready for collection.

Please bring:

• your order confirmation; and
• valid photographic identification if requested.

Age Verification

Alcohol may only be purchased and collected by persons aged 18 years or over.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to request valid photographic identification upon collection.

Accepted forms of ID include:

• passport;
• UK driving licence;
• PASS-approved identification card.

Orders will not be released where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided.

Collection Times

Collection times will be confirmed during checkout or by email following purchase.

We reserve the right to amend collection times where reasonably necessary.

Uncollected Orders

Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be cancelled.

Perishable products or made-to-order items may not be eligible for a refund if abandoned or uncollected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If there is an issue with your order, please notify staff at the point of collection or contact us within 48 hours of collection.
